QPS SelfRefer is a support service for all Queensland Police Service (QPS) employees, to provide external physical support options for managing painful conditions and injuries.

Our physiotherapists at Synergy are part of a network of providers that offers physiotherapy services to employees of the QPS. This means you are guaranteed high quality physiotherapy care, as providers need to meet a strict criteria based on formal qualifications and experience.
How does it work?
Simply book online or give our receptionists a call (07 3211 8775) to make an appointment. Please flag with them at the time you are part of the SelfRefer program.

The QPS will fund 3 physiotherapy sessions per financial year, per employee.

Getting an early intervention into your painful condition will help reduce the risk of more severe injury.

A note on data collection
Physiotherapists at Synergy physiotherapy do not need to provide a report on your injury to the QPS. We do provide a small amount of data via an external IT website in with some basic information, such as: number of appointments attended and a broad presenting issue (shoulder pain, neck pain). All information is de-identified and anonymous.
